Formerly the Hilton Hotel, the landmark Pullman Melbourne on the Park underwent a major redevelopment to provide the hotel with a new identity and bring it in line with the Pullman Hotels & Resorts’ global brand. The project encompassed heavy demolition, structural and concrete works, core filled blockworks and carpentry and general services. Redevelopment works included refurbishment of hotel car parks, installation of new goods lift and exit stairs, construction of ramp to car park, refurbishment of commercial kitchen, ballroom extension, and additional works including refurbishment of goods storage spaces and bathrooms.
