Harris HMC was engaged by existing client, Erdi Group, to deliver a complete refurbishment of Pullman Melbourne on Swanston located in Melbourne’s CBD. Our team delivered the upgrade of 201 guest rooms and common areas over 12 floors. With rigid timelines to coincide with peak and off-peak occupancy periods, the works were delivered on a floor-by-floor basis undertaken in discrete stages.
