Featuring façade and perimeter heritage elements, this complete fit out, preserved many of the pre-existing finishes including core brick walls and concrete floors. The result is the creation of functional and versatile office spaces utilising ethically sourced and sustainable materials. The fitout included the installation of 79 workstations including focus point and reception; three small, six medium and two large meeting rooms; five open collaboration areas; wellness room; utility room; podcast room; and new kitchen.
