Creating of a central hub for the expanding population of Keilor and its surrounds, this project upgrades and converts Brimbank City Council’s Keilor office on Old Calder Highway into a mixed-use facility. With the old council chambers to be converted into a library and community spaces, the refurbishment included the complete demolition and fitout of the existing council building, converting around 50% of the ground floor of the Keilor office into a library, customer service area, community meeting rooms and an art class space.
