Housing the Faculty of Health with refurbishments required to part of the ground floor and levels one and two, Swinburne University sought to expand and enhance the current learning facilities. This multi-purpose fitout included office spaces, student spaces, classrooms, gymnasium, virtual reality room and an innovative biomechanics laboratory with motion capture cameras. A key objective was to coordinate the works within a live operating environment with minimal disruption to the combined staff and student facilities, and residents living in student accommodation in the storeys above level two.
