A project to fitout a small records office for the City of Stonnington to replicate a significant refurbishment conducted in 2015. Works included nternal demolition and strip out of existing tenancy; reconfiguration of the interior and creation of access to the rest of the building; new amenities; replacement and upgrade of the heating, ventilation and air-conditioning systems; new floors, walls and ceilings; new plumbing fixtures; and new lighting.
