Contracted by our client, City of Port Phillip, we completed a much needed upgrade to the public toilets located at the Sandbar Beach Cafe in Middle Park.
With the adjoining cafe to remain operational throughout the works, the upgrade included the conversion of the existing male toilets in three new unisex stalls and a new accessible DDA toilet, with additional works including the refurbishment of ramp to the cafe entrance and the installation of new outdoor beach showers.
