With Stage 4 located within an operational office environment, it was requested that all works to improve and update facilities at the Rosebud location be completed outside of business hours.

Works included preparation of site and exclusion zones to achieve public safety for the full length of the project; complete demolition and strip out of the Stage 4 zoned internal build including ceiling, services, floor coverings and walls; installation of new suspended ceilings, walls and acoustic panelling, door frames and doors, internal glass partitions, decals, floor coverings and blinds; installation of electrical and data, mechanical and fire services; painting throughout; and coordination of internal cabinetry fitout.
