The Sale office is the refurbishment of approximately 658sqm of office space in an occupied building, including demolition of existing offices and meeting rooms to rebuild replacements fitout, supply and installation of workstations and loose furniture, rebalancing of air handling systems, installation of carpark fencing and system for operation of the gates.
