The amenities at Club Mambourin include a spa, kids pool, 25m heated lap pool, outdoor shower, multi-use court, fully equipped gymnasium, function room, café and barbeque, bin and bike storage areas. It provides residents with access to a high-quality health and leisure facility and has been designed as a community hub and place to socially connect. We successfully harnessed geothermal technology for heating and cooling across the entire facility, a Victorian first.
