A collaborative project that met Green Star certification processes and design intent within the busy Kew Junction precinct.

Consisting of three levels of basement car parking, ground floor retail tenancy and luxury lobby entrance that leads to five levels of high-end office spaces and a rooftop terrace. Featuring exposed off-form concrete ceilings, first class amenities and end-of-trip facilities on each level, the façade utilises curved in-situ concrete columns and beams with custom patterned precast panels to all other elevations.
