The refurbishment of the civic centre included works across two floors and covered over 5000m2. A full upgrade to heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) was completed, providing sustainable climate control and reduced energy use and costs. To enable business continuance, it was delivered in a three staged program that allowed staff and users of the centre access to multiple areas throughout delivery.
