This 3,000 sqm fit-out over two levels marks a significant milestone in the continued growth of Trinity’s Pathways School, accommodating increasing demand for the Foundation Studies Program and enhancing the overall student and staff experience.
The project involved the refurbishment and fit-out of levels 3 and 4, extending the Trinity College’s existing tenancy on levels 5 and 6. The expanded campus will provide a cohesive and well-balanced mix of spaces, supporting both academic and wellbeing needs.
New facilities include a Resource Hub, a range of student study and social spaces, a bespoke Student Wellbeing area with consultation and treatment rooms, as well as staff offices, a kitchen, and a lounge area.
Works also included refurbishment of the north stairs, installation of exterior grilles to the plant room, and extensive mechanical upgrades across the roof, Level 6 and shared risers, as well as bathroom connections associated with levels 3 and 4.
