A two building refurbishment, works were completed over 3 of the 4 levels of the main building, while the second building was a strict three week program to be completed during a school holiday break. The work consisted of all service trades (mechanical, electrical, AV, hydraulic, fire), structural demolition, architectural finishes, and upgrade of DDA areas.

Harris HMC worked efficiently throughout the whole project, and as a result, were able to be awarded Practical Completion four weeks earlier than the contract date. This allowed for extra time for the school to relocate items into the new space ready for the commencement of term.
