Refurbishment of the bathroom, toilet and laundry facilities, and replacement of external windows to the Saltwater Childcare Centre in Footscray. With the facility closing for a brief two week period over Christmas, works were planned and scheduled to coincide accordingly.

Works included internal demolition of toilet and bathroom facilities; rebuild internal walls and install structural elements to open up the space for the new wet areas; installation of new bathroom, toilet and laundry facilities including joinery, fixtures and fittings; installation of new floor coverings and painting throughout; new plumbing and electrical services; and removal of existing timber windows and replace with aluminium frames.
