Delivered in partnership with the City of Melbourne, Unison Housing and the Victorian Government, the Make Room project has transformed 602 Little Bourke Street into a six‑storey development providing 50 well‑designed studio apartments. Following a collaborative Early Contractor Involvement process, the project integrates affordable housing with training and employment opportunities, strengthening long‑term community outcomes. Extensive structural upgrades and a ground‑floor warm shell space for a future social enterprise ensure the building is resilient, inclusive and built for lasting social impact.
