An HDP project, Allison Parkside is an architecturally designed development comprising one-, two- and three-bedroom residences across six levels with a two-level basement. Located in Essendon, the residences within this striking building include spacious entertaining areas and designer kitchens. Externally the use of raw and tactile materials offers a visual distinction between levels and residence.

HDP provided extensive early contractor involvement to drive value engineering ensuring constructability against the design intent. The delivery team were fastidious to ensure every architectural feature was meticulously considered during construction and were outstanding at managing the volume of purchaser design changes to handover this bespoke and quality project.
