The Collins Street premises is the new location of newly amalgamated Australian firm CyberCX’s national headquarters, with fitout works that included the creation of client receiving areas and front of house meeting rooms, computer labs and IT build rooms, executive offices, breakout spaces, general open office area, games room, lunchroom, amenities and storage areas across an area of 2,000sqm.
Due to the nature of CyberCX’s industry, the works were to be delivered in line with the Australian Government’s Protective Security Policy Framework Class C requirements. This presented some unique opportunitiest to deliver highly secure infrastructure to support CyberCX’s business operations. The design was also influenced during the ECI process to ensure the program could be delivered to specification within the desired timeframe.
