Maintenance: Awarded Knox City Council Contract

A great start to the new Financial Year for our Maintenance team who have just been re-awarded the “General Building Maintenance and Minor Improvements” contract for Knox City Council.

We have had this contract since 2010, and were required to re-tender after completing a 3 year contract with an additional 2 year option.

The team were very excited to have been successful with this Tender process and look forward to continuing to provide this service to a great Client.
