KEY COMPANY HIGHLIGHTS
After a significant few years of growth, the team has now outgrown our Head Office in North Melbourne, resulting in a live environment extension and refurbishment of our existing premises.
CONSTRUCTION
In a JV with Fitzgeralds for the Tanderrum Bridge and Margaret Court Arena Amenities Upgrade. Harris HMC completed an upgrade to the concourse and undercroft at Margaret Court Arena in time for the 2017 Australian Open.
Another successful year of residential project delivery, including Union Apartments being delivered 2 months ahead of programme and the completion of Radius Apartments 5 weeks early.
INTERIORS
Another year of growth with many landmark projects completed including:

Completed a record $8.7m of quality and high profile work.

Secured the Electrical Preventative Maintenance Contract for Collins Square.
