With Jasper Hotel remaining fully functioning and occupied throughout delivery and a strict timeline, Harris HMC completed the refurbishment of seven levels. Works extended across accommodation comprising 31 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, ground floor lobby, reception, bar/café and pre-function areas. The level two basketball court was also converted into a function area/courtyard with glass roof, recycled timber cladding and vertical garden.
